The AIDA 3 Freediver Course is the summit of the freediving program. The aim of this course is to work between 24 and 30 meters deep, where the "residual volume" lung is usually a limitation for your dives.

Requirements:

• 2:45 minutes STA
• 55 meters DYN
• 24 meters CWT
• Theoretical exam

Course content:

• Deep equalization using the "frenzel" technique,
• Breath hold

• Training tables for dynamic and static disciplines
• Freefall
• Static apnea
• DYN apnea

Course duration: 4 days

• 3 theory session

• 2 pool session
• 5 sea sessions

After the course students will be able to hold their breath for at least 2.45 minutes, swim 55 meters underwater and dive between 24 and 30 meters comfortably.

Includes: Digital manual, freediving equipment and official certification.
